Nadiya Hussain served up tasty sweet and sour prawns with ketchup, pineapple and noodles on Nadiya’s Fast Flavours.
The ingredients are: 100g cornflour, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp ground black pepper, ½ tsp salt, oil, for frying and 300g raw king prawns.
For the sauce: oil, for frying, 50g cashews, 3 garlic cloves, sliced, 1 red onion, cut into 3cm chunks, 2 red peppers, cut into 3cm chunks, 1 x 220g tin pineapple, cut into chunks and 4 tbsp ketchup and 3 tbsp vinegar.
To serve: fresh coriander, chopped, 3 spring onions, cut into long strips and noodles of your choice, cooked according to packet instructions.
