Romy Gill samosa chaat recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Romy Gill served up a tasty samosa chaat for Diwali on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 100g Halidiram Bhujia, Cooked Samosas, Spicy chickpeas and diced potatoes, 100ml of natural yoghurt, 4tsp tamarind chutney, Mint and coriander chutney, 25g fresh coriander chopped and ½ seeds of one pomegranate.
