John Torode freeze ahead beef Wellington recipe on This Morning

John Torode served up a tasty freeze ahead beef Wellington with dried porcini and chicken liver pate for the festive season on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 – 1.4kg Beef fillet, trimmed, Salt and freshly ground black pepper, 50g butter, 2 shallots, chopped, 15g dried porcini soaked in 100ml boiling water, 2 garlic cloves chopped, 225g flat mushrooms finely chopped, 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme, 170g pack chicken liver pate, 2 x 80g pack Parma ham slices, Flour to dust and 375g ready rolled puff pastry and 1 medium egg beaten.
