Simon Rimmer served up a delicious baked syrup sponge pudding on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 300g golden syrup, Zest 1 lemon, 90g brioche breadcrumbs, 200g butter, 200g sugar, 3 eggs, 200g self-raising flour, 80ml soured cream and Zest 1 lemon.
Serve with custard.
