Paul Hollywood olive and cheese ciabatta breadsticks with tzatziki recipe on The Great British Bake Off

Paul Hollywood showcased his tasty olive and cheese ciabatta breadsticks with tzatziki for a technical challenge on The Great British Bake Off.

The ingredients for the breadsticks: 750g strong white bread flour, 1 tbsp salt, 14g fast-action dried yeast, 600ml lukewarm water, 3 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing, 350g pitted green queen olives, halved, 200g manchego cheese, cut into 2cm cubes, 1 red onion, finely chopped, large handful of coriander, leaves picked and roughly chopped and semolina, for dusting.

For the tzatziki: ¼ cucumber, ¼ tsp salt, 150g full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 small garlic clove, crushed or finely grated, 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tsp white wine vinegar and 1 tsp tzatziki seasoning.
