Simon Rimmer served up tasty Sweet And Sour Vegetables on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 eggs, tsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 300g cauliflower florets, 300g asparagus spears and 225g corn flour.
For the sauce: 100ml ketchup, 100g sugar and 50ml of soy sauce.
To Serve: tsp of sesame seeds and plain boiled rice
