Clodagh Mckenna served up a tasty seafood chowder with white fish, mussels and sweetcorn on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1kg fresh mussels, 50g butter, 300g potatoes, peeled and diced, 1 onion, finely diced, 1 leek, finely sliced, 2 stalks of celery, finely sliced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 100ml dry white wine, 500ml fish stock, 1kg white fish, such as un-dyed smoked haddock, cod, pollock, monkfish, skin removed and cut into small chunks, 200g drained tinned sweetcorn, 500ml double cream, 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
