Tony Singh roast potatoes with chaat masala recipe on Saturday Kitchen

Tony Singh served up tasty roast potatoes with a aromatic chaat masala on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients for the chaat masala are: 50g coriander seeds, 50g cumin seeds, 10g ajwain, 30g amchoor (dried mango powder), 10g garam masala, 20g black salt powder, 4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder and 2 tsp citric acid.

For the roast potato chaat: 1–1.2kg floury potatoes, peeled and cut roughly into 5cm/2in chunks, 100ml rapeseed oil, 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder and salt.
