Simon Rimmer oat tart with honey and berries recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious honeyed oat tart with berries and clotted cream on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients for the pastry: 225g flour, 100g butter, 25g sugar and 1 egg.

For the filling: 150g peeled, grated apples, 80ml cider, 100g golden syrup, 130g porridge oats, 90g honey, 2 eggs and the zest of 1 lemon.

To serve: clotted cream and raspberries.
