Simon Rimmer pecan cobbler recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious pecan cobbler with ice cream and maple syrup on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 75g butter melted, 200g flour, 225g sugar, 2tsp baking powder, 140ml milk, Tsp vanilla, 250g pecans, 200g soft dark brown sugar, 100g chopped toffee and 250ml boiling water.

To serve: vanilla ice cream, maple syrup and more pecans.
