John Whaite served up tasty sweet potato gnocchi with a mushroom and cream sauce on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the gnocchi: 250g sweet potatoes, 1 baking potato and 250-350g plain flour, plus extra.
For the sauce: 40g unsalted butter, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 200g mushrooms, half finely sliced, half finely chopped, 200ml chicken stock, 175ml double cream, Half a bag of spinach, finely chopped , 50g cheddar cheese and Fresh rosemary, finely chopped.
