Jack Stein sausage pasta with courgettes recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Jack Stein served up a tasty sausage pasta with courgettes on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 6-8 sausages (1 pack), 2 garlic cloves, 50g olive oil, 1 courgette, cubed, 15g salt, Black pepper (to taste), 1 tbsp tomato puree, 200g chicken stock, ½ can chopped tomatoes, 5g sugar, 10g soy sauce, 10g white wine vinegar, Fresh basil leaves, 500g Penne pasta, cooked and 150g cheddar, grated.
