Lisa Faulkner vegetarian curry with paneer and potatoes recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a tasty vegetarian curry with paneer and potatoes on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 500g new potatoes, 250g paneer, cubed, A little warm water, for soaking, A handful radishes, quartered, 1 large onion, sliced, 1 tbsp minced ginger and garlic paste, 3 tbsp curry paste, 1 tsp coriander seeds, toasted, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 400g fresh tomatoes, roughly chopped, 500ml veg stock, A couple of handfuls of spinach, 1-2 tbsp natural yoghurt, A couple of handfuls of spinach and Fresh coriander, roughly chopped.

Naan, to serve.
