James Martin served up a delicious knickerbocker glory with shortbread, marshmallows, whisky and strawberry sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the shortbread are: 250g butter, 360g plain flour, 110g caster sugar, Water to bring together and Pinch salt.
For the sauce: 400g strawberries, hulled, blitzed.
To serve: 50 ml whisky, 500ml whipped cream, 8 scoops strawberry ice cream, Few strawberries hulled, Toasted almonds, Pink marshmallows toasted and White chocolate twirls.
