Oti Mabuse chakalaka with lamb chops, beans, chillies and tomatoes recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Oti Mabuse severed up a tasty South African chakalaka with beans, chillies, tomatoes, rice and grilled lamb chops on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients for the chakalaka are: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion, peeled and chopped, 6 large carrots, peeled and grated, 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped, 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped, 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped, 2 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp ground cumin powder, 1 tsp ground ginger, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 1tsp BBQ seasoning, 2 cans baked beans, 100ml Barbecue Sauce, 1 green chilli, deseeded and chopped finely, 2 tsp of tomato puree and 6 large tomatoes, chopped.
