Nisha Katona served up tasty paprika spiced breaded pork escalopes with a warm tomato and pepper salsa on A Taste Of Italy.
The ingredients for the salsa: onions, paprika, red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, tin tomatoes, sugar and white wine vinegar.
Campobasso breadcrumbs: paprika, fennel seeds, chilli flakes and breadcrumbs.
For the escalopes: pork loin chops, eggs and flour.
