Raymond Blanc served up a tasty pan fried organic salmon with wilted spinach and chive butter sauce on today’s episode of Simply Raymond Blanc.
The ingredients for the spinach are: 2 tbsp water, 10g unsalted butter, 400g (2 packs) baby spinach , 1 pinch sea salt and pinch black pepper, freshly ground.
For the salmon: 480g salmon fillets, organic, scaled, filleted, pin-boned, skin on, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 pinch sea salt, 1 pinch ground black pepper and 1/2 lemon, juiced.
