James Martin showed how to make chocolate puddings/fondants with clotted cream the easy way on today’s episode of This Morning.
The ingredients to line the moulds are: 15g butter and 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
For the fondants are: 125g butter, 125g dark chocolate, 4 eggs, 100g caster sugar and 60g plain flour.
To serve: Cocoa powder to dust and Clotted cream.
