James Martin served up prawn jalfrezi with grilled prawns and pan fried cod on today’s episode of James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 small onion diced, 5 cm ginger grated, 2 garlic cloves diced, 1 green chilli, diced, 400g plum tomatoes, 1 red pepper sliced, 1 tbs ground coriander, 1 tbs ground cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 50g butter, 12 peeled raw prawns, 8 prawns in their shells, 1 small bunch coriander, 2 x 200d cod loins, 25g butter, Drizzle of veg oil, Salt and pepper.
