Clodagh McKenna easy chicken Florentine with mushroom sauce recipe on This Morning

Clodagh McKenna served up a quick and easy to make chicken Florentine with a mushroom, onion and garlic sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 50g butter, 300g chestnut mushrooms, sliced, 1 onion, finely chopped, 4 cloves of garlic, crushed / minced, 2 tbsp plain white flour / all-purpose, 250ml whole milk, 125ml chicken stock / broth, 120g baby spinach, 50g Parmesan cheese, grated and 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
