Raymond Blanc brown sauce with Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar recipe on Simply Raymond Blanc

Raymond Blanc served up a tasty RB brown sauce with apples, dates and Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar for a bacon butty on Simply Raymond Blanc.

The ingredients are: 200g pitted dates, 700g Bramley apples, a pinch of ground allspice, a pinch of ground ginger, a few gratings of nutmeg, 140g dark brown sugar, 100ml Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar and 100ml red wine vinegar.
