Shobna Gulati served up a delicious chocolate mousse cake with raspberries and mint leaves on Celebrity Best Home Cook.
The ingredients are: 250g dark chocolate (70 per cent cocoa solids), broken into pieces, 125g unsalted butter, cut into cubes, plus extra for greasing, 3 large free-range eggs, separated, 175g caster sugar and pinch sea salt.
To serve: handful of fresh raspberries, icing sugar and fresh mint leaves.
