James Martin served up a tasty one pot fish and shellfish stew with salmon, crab claws and San Marzano tomatoes on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 100ml white wine, 1l St Marzano tomatoes blitzed, 4 star anise, 75ml olive oil, 1 bulb garlic 1/2d, 10 crab claws cracked, 10 large prawns, shell on, 250g clams, 250g mussels, 500g salmon cut into 3, 25ml olive oil, 1 tsp caster sugar and 1 small bunch parsley, chopped.
