John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty sea bass with chives, parsley, preserved lemons and potatoes on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 fillets of sea bass, 1 lemon, A splash of white wine, A knob of butter, A tbsp capers, A small handful of dill, chopped, 300g new potatoes, 1 preserved lemon, Handful of parsley, chopped, Handful of chives, chopped, Olive oil, Salt and pepper.
