Lisa Faulkner pea with pancetta and chicken tray bake recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a tasty pea with pancetta/bacon and chicken tray bake on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 4 chicken thighs, skin on, bone on , 350g baby new potatoes, halved, 4 garlic cloves, smashed , 1 pack of cubed pancetta, 250 ml white wine, 250 ml chicken stock, 150g frozen peas, 1 tbsp fresh mint, Olive oil, A knob of butter, Salt and pepper.

Cavolo nero, to serve.
