James Martin sushi with seared tuna, ginger and soy sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty sushi with seared tuna and a ginger and soy sauce dip on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

For the California rolls: 400g sushi rice cooked, 3 tbs rice vinegar, 200g tuna, 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced, 8 thin slices of cucumber, 1 tsp black sesame seeds, 1 tsp white sesame seeds, Mayonnaise and A few chives.

For the dip: 1 x 5cm ginger, 2 tbs soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil.

For the seared tuna: 400g tuna and 1 tbs veg oil.
