Simon Rimmer served up a delicious cider and orange bundt cake for the festive season on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200ml of non fizzy cider, 3 eggs, 300g sugar, zest of 2 oranges, 225ml olive oil, 375g flour, 1 ½ tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, half tsp bicarbonate of soda, 125ml buttermilk and the juice of 1 orange.
For the glaze: 50ml of cider, 50ml orange juice and 225g icing sugar.
