Ainsley Harriott coconut and coriander scones recipe on Ainsley’s Festive Food We Love

Ainsley Harriott served up tasty coconut and coriander scones for Christmas on Ainsley’s Festive Food We Love.

The ingredients: 225g plain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 50g creamed coconut, 1 small green chilli, finely chopped, 1 handful coriander around 15g, zest and juice of one lime, 150ml milk, plus a little extra for glazing.
