Simon Rimmer chicken korma with basmati rice and cashew nuts recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up A TASTY chicken korma with basmati rice and cashew nuts on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp turmeric, 50g yoghurt, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp chilli powder, 500g chicken breast, cut into large chunks, 3 cardamom pods, 3 cloves, a pinch of cinnamon, 2 sliced onions, 10 cashew nuts and 300ml coconut milk.

To serve: plain basmati rice, cashew nuts and coriander garnish.
