James Martin served up tasty Spanish style tomato meatballs with wood roasted peppers and garden beans on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 800g beef mince, Salt and pepper.
For the sauce: 15ml olive oil, 500g fresh tomatoes, chopped, 1 onion peeled and diced, 2 cloves garlic chopped, few sprigs oregano, 50ml white wine, 50ml sherry, 1 star anise, 1 tbs pimento, 1 jar roasted red peppers drained and chopped, 100g fresh borlotti beans and 1 small bunch of parsley.
