Dave and Simon got on their bikes and travelled to Kyoto in Japan to cook a Japanese traditional dish, sukiyaki. They make beef sukiyaki using kobe wagyu beef and Japanese vegetables.
The Hairy Bikers says: “Kobe beef is said to be the best quality wagyu (Japanese cow) in the world. But if you can¹t source kobe, any good-quality beef will do the trick for this delicious Japanese stew.”
