Simon Rimmer served up tasty prawns with peaches on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 12 x king prawns, peeled but tail on, 50ml oil, zest and juice of 1 lime, 2 cloves of garlic sliced, 50g butter, 2 peaches, sliced, not peeled, 50g toasted flaked almonds and a handful chopped tarragon.
