Nadiya Hussain chocolate with soft summer fruit cobbler recipe on Nadiya Bakes

Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious melting chocolate and soft summer fruit cobbler with plums, peaches and blueberries on Nadiya Bakes.

The ingredients for the fruity layer: melted butter, for greasing, 4 plums, stones removed and quartered, 4 peaches, stones removed and quartered, 50g caster sugar, 2 tbsp cornflour, 125g blueberries, 1 lemon, zest only and small handful fresh mint leaves, chopped.

For the cobbles: 150g unsalted butter, softened, 150g caster sugar, 3 free-range eggs, 150g self-raising flour, 50g desiccated coconut, 30g cocoa powder and 50g chocolate chips, or roughly chopped chocolate
salt.

To serve (optional): ice cream and 50g milk chocolate, melted.
