Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty pink pepper pithivier with spiced chicken and melted brie on Nadiya Bakes.

The ingredients are: 2 x 500g block puff pastry, plain flour, for dusting, 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, peeled, 1 onion, roughly chopped, 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp pink peppercorns, crushed, 300g chicken thighs, cut into cubes and 100g dried cranberries, 2 free-range egg yolks, lightly beaten and 200g Brie.
