Nadiya Hussain raspberry jam roly poly steamed pudding with custard recipe on Nadiya Bakes

Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious raspberry jam roly poly steamed pudding with custard, vegetarian suet and fresh raspberries on Nadiya Bakes.

The Ingredients are: 250g self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting, 50g unsalted butter, cold and cubed, plus extra for greasing, 1 tbsp caster sugar, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 50g vegetarian suet and 150ml cold full-fat milk (you may need less),

For the jam filling: 100g fresh raspberries, 1 orange, zest only and 1 tsp caster sugar.

To serve: 50g caster sugar, for dusting, hot custard and fresh mixed berries.
