The Shires midnight pasta recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

The Shires (Ben Earle and Crissie Rhodes) served up a tasty midnight pasta on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 200g of spaghetti, 40ml of good extra virgin olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped, 1/2tsp dried red chili flakes, 2 anchovy fillets in olive oil, finely chopped, salt and pepper, grated Parmesan and chopped flat leaf parsley to serve.
