Mary Berry Smoked Salmon and Asparagus Terrine starter on Mary Berry Cooks

Mary Berry makes a smoked salmon and asparagus terrine starter on this week’s Mary Berry Cooks.

This is such an attractive and tasty looking dish that it is bound to get any dinner party off to a flying start. Mary suggests making it the day before to help reduce the stresses in the kitchen on the day of the party.

As well as smoked salmon and asparagus, Mary also used 150g cooked salmon, 200g full fat cream cheese, 75g soften butter, 2tbs lemon juice and chopped chives as the key ingredients in her smoked salmon and asparagus terrine recipe.
