Simon Rimmer Granny’s Cake with Raspberries and Clotted Cream recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Granny’s Cake with raspberries and clotted cream on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 450g self raising flour, 1 tsp bicarb, 125g caster sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp mixed spice and a pinch of salt, 125g of cold butter, 450g mixed fruit and peel, 200ml milk and 50ml unflavoured oil.

To serve: 225g raspberries, 1 tsp of vanilla, 75g honey and clotted cream.
