Simon Rimmer Oranges and Lemons Sumac Cake recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious oranges and lemons sumac cake on Sunday Brunch.

the ingredients are: 300g caster sugar, 200g butter, 2 tsp sumac, tsp vanilla, pinch of salt, 3 eggs, 300g of flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 75g of Greek yoghurt, zest and juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon.

For the syrup: 100g sugar and juice of 2 lemons
