Simon Rimmer Orange Polenta and Ricotta Cake recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Orange Polenta and Ricotta Cake on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 100g of butter, 150g of honey, zest of 2 oranges, 4 egg yolks (keep the whites for later),
125g polenta, 125g ground almonds and 250g of ricotta.

For the sauce: 150g butter, 150g soft light brown sugar, 50g honey, 1 sliced orange and the juice of the previous zested orange.
