Gok Wan canton stir fry with prawns and tomato ketchup recipe on This Morning

Gok Wan served up a tasty canton stir fry with prawns, tomato ketchup, frozen peas and store cupboard ingredients on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 large white onion, chopped, 5 spring onions, sliced finely, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 4 medium sized tomatoes, chopped, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, Cup of frozen peas, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, Cooked king prawns, shredded cooked chicken or cooked beef strips, White pepper, Tiny pinch salt and Dash sesame oil.

To serve: cooked rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
