Tom Kerridge served up delicious low calorie tahini and honey pancakes with fruit and Greek yoghurt on Lose Weight and Get Fit.
The ingredients are: 275ml full-fat milk, 2 chai tea bags, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp ground cardamom, 250g self-raising wholemeal flour, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tsp cream of tartar, 1 tsp granulated sweetener, 2 tbsp tahini, 125g banana, mashed, 1 large free-range egg and 1-calorie sunflower oil spray.
For the tahini yoghurt: 100g fat-free Greek-style yoghurt, 1 tbsp tahini and ½ tsp granulated sweetener.
For the topping: 2 bananas, sliced, 300g mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries and quartered strawberries) and 4 tbsp honey.
