Simon Rimmer chocolate bar pudding recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate bar pudding with berries and creme fraiche on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 185ml milk, 80g butter, 1 tsp vanilla paste, 225g self raising flour, 150g soft brown sugar, 30g cocoa powder, 375ml of water, 150g soft brown sugar, 30g cocoa powder and 3 x 100g milk chocolate bars.

To serve: berries and creme fraiche.
