Lisa Faulkner Christmas ham and cheese with mustard pies recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Christmas ham and cheese with mustard pies for the festive season on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 300g leftover ham, pulled apart, 100ml creme fraiche, 50g finely grated Cheddar cheese and Pinch mustard powder.

For the pastry: 500g block puff pastry, Flour, for rolling and 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp milk.
