Paul A young served up delicious dark chocolate rum butter brownies for the festive season on Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear.
The ingredients are: 150g unsalted butter, 325g unrefined light muscovado sugar, 150g golden syrup, 50mls demerara dark rum (I use El dorado rum), 400g dark chocolate, 6 medium free-range eggs, 105g plain flour and 1 teaspoon Cornish sea salt, crushed.
For the rum butter: 100g butter, softened, 200g icing sugar and 25mls demerara dark rum.
To decorate: Edible festive sprinkles or sparkle powder.

Hi I can’t seem to find a recipe section anywhere, been over to you tube and the videos all seem to be between 10 and 14 seconds long. A few things you made in tonight’s episode I would love to make, but I think the series is probably a couple years old. On Aussie TV they had been promoting your show quite heavily so I turned in a little late mind you, so I missed you making the pastry for you Vegetable tart. I did notice on Instagram you said the link for Facebook there was a problem, I couldn’t even get to your FB so I went over and goggles you to find you. Will it much longer to get the recipes up. The veggie tart I will try and wing it from memory the same the sponge horizontal cake. I look forward to seeing your recipes soon…🤩
