John Torode ginger with apple juice and mulled wine ice cocktail recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a refreshing and fizzy ginger with apple juice and mulled wine ice cocktail for Christmas on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 300ml apple juice, 3 tbsp stem ginger syrup, 1 wine mulling spice sachet, 750ml chilled sparkling apple juice, Ice cubes, crushed if liked and Green apple wedges to decorate glasses.
