The Hairy Bikers continue their tour of Thailand this week visiting beaches of the south and the mountains of the north of the country to discover how Thailand’s multicultural history and its place at the heart of the spice trade has created a rich and varied cuisine.

They also serve up an exotic looking coconut and sticky rice pudding with lime and papaya salad on the beach.

Their ingredients includes: coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, limes, mint, papayas, palm sugar and Thai sticky rice.
