Si and Dave served up tasty soy glazed and honey trout with bok choi and black sesame seeds on the Hairy Bikers Route 66.
The ingredients are: 4 trout fillets, bones removed, skin scored, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp black sesame seeds, 2 spring onions, trimmed, halved and shredded lengthways and few sprigs of fresh coriander.
For the marinade: 75ml light soy sauce, 75ml dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 50ml honey, 1 lime, juice only, 1 orange, juice only, 5cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated, 3 garlic cloves, grated and dash sesame oil.
