Simon Rimmer Chocolate and Mayonnaise cake recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate and mayonnaise pudding with a caramel sauce on Sunday Brunch.

the ingredients are: 225ml water, 250g full fat mayo, tsp vanilla, 120g flour, 120g sugar, 50g cocoa and 2 tsp baking powder.

For the caramel sauce: 125g soft dark brown sugar, 60g butter, 30ml cream and 200g sifted icing sugar.
