Simon Rimmer served up tasty cauliflower fritters with curry mayonnaise on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 450g cauliflower florets, 50ml oil, 30g salt and tsp cumin seeds.
For the batter: 125g flour, 1 egg, 125ml ice cold water, tbs sesame seeds, salt, 125g mayo, 1 tbs curry paste, 50ml sour cream and oil to deep fry.
